Okhai Memon Youth Service was established in Karachi, Pakistan in 1968 by the late Muhammad Usman Kath. It was founded with the vision of promoting education, unity, and social welfare within the Okhai Memon community.
Continuing the founder’s mission, Okhai Memon Youth Service North America (OMYS-NA) was officially registered in the United States in 2023. The organization was formed to collect Zakat and charitable donations in North America and to carry forward the original mission of supporting education, healthcare, and families in need, both locally and internationally.
